Become a Somatic Movement Educator
Somatics is a distinct professional field concerned with the practice and pedagogy of embodiment and is certified and recognized by the International Somatics Professional Association (ISMETA).
Somaticians support others to connect directly and immediately with their physicality and to apply and integrate it practically and intelligently in everyday or professional life.
In the interplay of different methods such as Continuum, Feldenkrais, Middendorf's Experiential Breath, Body-Mind Centering®, Experiential Anatomy, Authentic Movement, Somatic Yoga and Somatic Voice, experiences arise that are of great value for one's own development and mediation.
Through its diversity of somatic methods, the ISMETA certified Somatic Movement Educator Training is the core of the somatic academy. It combines the Somatic Basic Year (next start in April 2024 in German and in September 2024 in English) and the subsequent Somatic Pedagogy Training (next start in May 2024 for those, who have already completed the Somatic Basic Year).

part 1 - Somatic Basics Training

This training offers conditions for holistic development, makes it possible to experience it and enables integration in areas of life such as career, partnership, expression, creativity and health. The somatic basic year uses body-oriented learning approaches and enables one to become effective in oneself. part 2 - Somatic Pedagogy Training

Start May 27th, 2024 (for those, who have already completed the Somatic Basic Training)
The Somatic Pedagogy Training focuses on the practical deepening and communicability of the somatic work from the Somatic Basic Year (starting in Apr 2024 in DE and in Sep 2024 in EN). In the synergy of movement development and the pedagogies of different somatic approaches, participants are enabled to apply and teach general somatic principles autonomously. more info >>
