Somatics & Trauma
A significant proportion of traumatic experiences are stored in the body, which is why a somatic perspective on the development and processing of trauma is very useful.
Embodied Release will be Tiziana Longo's second regular course alongside Dancing Tigers T.R.E. While both programs share a focus on somatic awareness and release, Dancing Tigers is more dynamic and energizing, with an emphasis on physical release through TRE, whereas Embodied Release is more introspective, aimed at emotional reconnection and relaxation. Dancing Tigers may be a better fit if you're seeking a more gradual physical release with a focus on the psoas and chest. If you’re more drawn to emotional release through movement, the Embodied Release course might be the most beneficial.
