Alumn*ae Community for Graduates and Participants of further trainings at SAB
The term alumnus (m; pl.:-i) or alumna (f.; pl.:-ae) comes from Latin and literally means "nourished one" (from alere: to nourish). To be gendersensible with words and to esteem our diverse community, we are using "*" and the plural term alumn*ae.
The alumn*ae community may be both, a connection for graduates of the Somatic Academy for continuiing nourishing, and for participants of further trainings at the Somatic Academy for having possibilities to network, inspire, share and continue research.
Open alumn*ae meeting SAB on the 3rd Tuesday of the month 20-22 hrs.
A regular appointment causes connection and strenghtens community. Every third tuesday a month from 8pm-9:30pm, the almun*ae meeting will be held. It invites all of you to get to know each other and to reconnect. The practical experience of new somatic input keeps the connection to somatic work alive for all participants.
Every 1st Tuesday a month, the Somatic Pedagogy Alumn*ae offer a somatic class to join. This can be attended on a donation basis. Donations go to projects chosen by the alum*ae.
