Somatic Hands On
Eligible training for trauma-sensitive individual sessions
Immerse yourself into two modules of finely attuned trauma-sensitive somatic hands-on practices at Somatische Akademie Berlin.
In June, engage in “Experiential Breath Dialogue related to Middendorf" where you will learn to perceive and enhance breath movement throughout the body, fostering a sense of contextual rhythm and spatial awareness through hands-on breath dialogue. This hands-on module emphasises direct, perceptive touch as a central learning tool. Later in October, "Sensory Experiencing: Touch & Trauma" offers an exploration into the integration of touch and relationship, aimed at supporting and working with trauma stored in the body. This workshop utilises techniques from biodynamic cranial-sacral therapy, Somatic Experiencing and NeuroAffective Touch to develop skills in handling trauma effectively.
