Somatic Reset

- Somatic Reset

The 3-day program is rooted in Body-Mind Centering®Polyvagal Theory, and Compassionate Inquiry®. It combines somatic practices, movement, touch, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches to create a safe and supportive environment. Participants explore their nervous system, organic body systems, and emotions, learning to recognize the interplay between activation and rest, conscious and unconscious processes, and attachment and authenticity. Core themes include embodiment, nervous system regulation, relational dynamics, and emotional integration. The program is guided by three main principles: Somatic leadershipLiving Neuroscience, and The power of community.

The event is trauma-informed and safe, inviting curiosity, experimentation, and trust in the body’s messages. Each day focuses on a different dimension: grounding (Day 1), nervous system and mind (Day 2), and organic systems and emotions (Day 3). The approach emphasizes embodiment, emotional flow, and community support, helping participants reconnect with themselves fully.
