Alba Raventós

BMC®-Practitioner, Dance Teacher, Polyvagal Theory Certified, Occupational Therapist.

Alba is a somatic educator, psychologist, and co-director of Ara en Moviment, dedicated to supporting embodied learning and transformation. She is certified in Body-Mind Centering® (Berlin) and trained in Integrative Bodywork, with a deep focus on nervous system regulation through the Polyvagal Theory.
Her teaching integrates mind–body awareness, movement, and group facilitation, creating safe and transformative spaces where participants can explore their bodies, emotions, and relational patterns. Alba combines her clinical background in psychology with somatic practices to guide individuals and groups toward nervous system regulation, presence, and embodied self-awareness.
She brings precision, clarity, and sensitivity to her work, offering tools that help participants reconnect with their bodies, integrate emotional experiences, and access new possibilities for movement, expression, and relational depth. Her approach honors both the science and the lived experience of the body.
