Somatic Movement Training for childcare and education professionals Module 2
The second module focuses on Infant Movement Developmental (IMD). We will examine the significance of tissue Tone, the vestibular system and primitive reflexes in relationship to their importance as regards children’s learning skills, i.e.: reading and writing. The physical experience and embodiment of the individual movements, reflexes and stages is the practical context that provides the basis for supporting babies and their carers.
