2-day workshop to deepen or start your practice
These two days give you plenty of time and space to move.
In a held and focused container, participants close their eyes and follow no plan – only the impulses arising from within.
The sensing body becomes the center of attention: it is free to explore, discover, and simply be – without having to perform or meet anyone’s expectations but its own.
This freedom – to simply be and move as you are – and to be witnessed in this state, is deeply empowering and has a regulating effect on the nervous system.
The weekend focuses on the experience of being a Mover. At the same time, participants are gently introduced to the role of the Silent Witness.
The gift of witnessing another in their descent into not knowing enriches and deepens one’s own experience of movement.
This weekend workshop offers a clear and experiential introduction to the method of Authentic Movement, making it ideal for beginners.
At the same time, there is a lot of room for deepening and integration for experienced practitioners.
