In this steady group we practice Authentic Movement getting to know different forms. The basic form will serve as a starting point for a journey that we will take together as individuals and as a group. This pathway is also not known. We will practice the moving into the not knowing, silent witnessing and speaking as movers and witnesses.

I want to give this space right now at this time. I find it important to take time for what wants to be there right now, free from judgment and productivity. Authentic Movement enables the expression of our unconscious and its integration. Practicing together is at the same time an invitation for everyone to find themselves and to regenerate.
