- Authentic Movement

Authentic Movement enables the expression of unconscious material and its integration. Practicing together is at the same time an invitation for everyone to come back to themselves and to regenerate in the practice.

From Oct 08, 2025 Authentic Movement will start as series with a closed group. This evening allows you to get to know the method, group members and the teacher.

In this fixed group, we will take the basic form as a starting point for a journey that we will take together and that includes not knowing what wants to move. We will also get to know different forms that also focus on the perception of the group and collective events. In this fixed group, the focus is on one's own process, but I am open to receiving what wants to show itself and what there should be space for. To this end, I create a held space that invites what wants to be there and encourages self-reflection. At the same time, individuals remain responsible for taking care of themselves and deciding what to share from their process and what to keep to themselves. It is a learning space for noticing judgments and discovering choices. The practice in a fixed group can be a good complement to a therapeutic process.

Heike Kuhlmann invites you to take time for yourself regularly with this practice over a period of almost a year.
