Body-Mind Centering® Week Berlin

12 Body-Mind Centering® Classes

Optional Individual Sessions

The Body-Mind Centering® Week in Berlin offers the opportunity to get to know various facilitators in one place and experience 12 BMC® classes plus one day especially focused on BMC® individual sessions. This year’s title “In Relation To – Self, Other & Everything In Between” captures the heart of Body-Mind Centering® - the interplay of inner and outer, self and other, always in motion. It speaks to how awareness unfolds through these shifting relationships, opening pathways for connection and transformation.

What is BMC®?
In BMC® we explore the dynamic connections between body, state of mind, consciousness, thoughts and feelings. By engaging with anatomical information, movement, touch and sensations the structures, tissues and spaces in the body are made tangible.

Benefits?
This allows for a sensitive perception of the body in its relationship to the environment – from the cell to the living organism.

What is an individual BMC® session?
Individual sessions take place in comfortable clothes on a bodywork-table or on the floor. Using movement, various qualities of touch and verbal dialogue, different areas of the body can be sensed and explored in a gentle and curious way and supported in their potential. Individual sessions are the frame to bring your awareness to personal themes and questions.

On Friday, September 27th, as part of the festival, you have the possibility to book such a session with a BMC® practitioner in Berlin. These sessions are optional, paid separately, and take place in the practitioner’s own space.

Duration: 75 minutes
Price: €60 (special festival price)
