- The Resonant Heart Field
DE | Continuum workshop with Divo G. Müller
In this event we explore the dimensions and frequency levels of the heart. Dynamic and subtle movement explorations bring body, emotion and mind into open flow. Supple three-dimensional stretches stimulate the fascial connection to the diaphragm, lungs and pelvic floor within the body's own network and our emotional resilience can also be strengthened, as from the somatic depth our vulnerability becomes differently accessible and available for healing, transformation and vision.
From this, a resonant heart field unfolds that invites us beyond body, time and space to dwell in the intimacy and connectedness of the living.
What will we do?
- through a variety of dynamic-fiery till subtle-refined movement explorations, we challenge cultural imprints, transform limiting core beliefs, melt physical limitations, and bring body, emotion, and spirit into an open-permeable flow.
- through three-dimensional stretches, we stimulate the dance of the heart within its body-wide network and release fascial connections of the diaphragm, lungs and pelvic floor.
- through calling upon the elements: fire, water, earth, air and space we connect to the ‚Earth-Heart‘ expanding the heart's extraordinary capacity to meet beauty and what’s difficult.
- through mindfulness, imagination, compassion and ‚loving presence' we unravel the amazing abilities of the physical heart and it's electromagenetic field.
- through breath, sound and voice we call forth the wild and the tender of our inherent capacites and initiate the true nature of our heart: love and resonance.
How do we work?
- Inspiring lectures alternate with movemnet sequences as a follow up of the presented topic.
- Breath, voice and movement sequences are at first introduced in individual steps, which then lead into extensive open, creative movement explorations.
- Your personal experience, insights and discoveries are shared and deepened in smaller group sessions as well as through partner perception exercises, mindfulness-based talks, as well as in plenary gatherings.
This workshop is a module of the Continuing Education Continuum. All modules are repeated cyclically and can be booked seperately.

Divo G. Müller
Divo G. Müller is a pioneer of innovative movement programs. She is one of the first internationally authorized Continuum teachers in Europe with further education in 'Jungle Gym'. Divo is a spirited teacher with a creative capacity to translate latest findings of movement science and fascia research into sensuous movement protocols and breath flows. She is the founder of "Bodybliss" a training program fostering women’s health and the fascial pelvic floor training. Divo has published several books, articles and DVD’s and teaches worldwide.

If you want to repeat the Continuum training, you get a discount and pay only 2400€. If you want to repeat a single Continuum module, you only pay €190 instead of €425. The possibility of repeating the module depends on the capacity of the room.

This module is part of the Continuing Education Continuum and can be booked individually.
The Continuum training will be held in a two-year cycle and consists of eight modules. All of them can be booked separately as well. Taking part to the complete program is possible at any time.
Depending on the module, they will take place at the Somatic Academy or in The Village.
