Maria Constanti

UNFOLD® Method Teacher, Expressive Arts Practitioner, Poet, Performer

Maria is a Cypriot, Berlin-based UNFOLD® Method teacher, expressive arts practitioner, poet, and performer working at the intersection of embodiment, dramaturgy, and somatic practice. She completed her UNFOLD® teacher training with the method's founder, Valentina Bordenave, in 2026. She holds an MA in Integral Movement and Performance Practice from Rose Bruford College / the Thomas Prattki Centre, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Embodied Dramaturgy from Arthaus Berlin, where she has been facilitating since 2022, offering sessions in embodied writing and embodied imagery exploration through the expressive arts. Over the past ten years, Maria has developed a parallel practice in poetry and performance, weaving the body together with poetic language and imagery. Alongside her facilitation work, she brings a playful, imaginative approach to guiding participants toward greater ease, creativity, and self-awareness.
