Yoga and Somatics for Endometriosis

Yoga and Somatics for Endometriosis

DE | 1x week thursday

Nov. 6 2025 – Dec. 18 2025

This seven-week course in a fixed group aims to create a space where individual and collective well-being take center stage.

The starting point is the question: “What do I need right now?”

We listen, explore, try things out, and rest. We practice honest and multifaceted self-care.

Through gentle and sometimes powerful movements from Hatha Yoga, somatic bodywork, and encountering the breath, sometimes alone, sometimes in the form of partner work, the sense of feeling is deepened.

Bodywork has the potential to strengthen acceptance, lightness, and a trusting connection to one's own body. Mindful movement also regulates the endocrine system, the nervous system, and the organs, stimulates blood circulation, and releases adhesions and tension. Bodywork also helps to deal with accompanying symptoms such as pain, exhaustion, or anxiety and contributes to perceiving the body as a reliable partner again.

This course is aimed at people with or suspected of having endometriosis or adenomyosis. People with severe menstrual pain, PMS, vaginismus, fibroids, cycle disorders, or similar conditions can also benefit from this course.

No prior knowledge is required. Responsible work with the body is a prerequisite.
