Somatic Qi Gong
DE
In 'Somatic Qi Gong', the focus is on the bodily-sensory experience, sensitization to one's own well-being and that of fellow practitioners, as well as a mindful perception of oneself and the world. The concepts of traditional Qi Gong form the basis, but are not the main focus.
What characterizes Somatic Qi Gong?
Above all, it is about experiencing how movements can arise from our body and its center: How am I connected to the ground that supports me? How does this enable me to gently straighten my body? How do I perceive my breath? How can my movements become easier and my neck, shoulders and back more relaxed? And above all: How can I practise and feel that my limbs and movements are connected with each other and thus experience harmony and physical and mental integration?
The exercises in the courses do not require any previous knowledge. The units each have their own focus, but do not build on each other, so that each session can be booked individually.

Oct 09-10, 2026 Somatic Qi Gong Workshop
In this compact Somatic Qi Gong workshop, we explore the whole body “from foot to head” through guided sensory awareness. We begin on the floor, slowly come into standing, and awaken the body with a gentle tapping massage and soft stretches. Through simple exercises, we then experience an increasing sense of lightness and connectedness in our movements, as well as a coherent embodied integration. >> more info
