Body Psychotherapy Group for FLINTA* - half-year group
DE+EN | 21 weekly sessions + 4 intensives
The body-oriented six-month group is for people who are looking for lasting change. Over six months, we work on building a regulated nervous system, arriving in our own bodies, and processing stories stored there in a safe environment. The structure combines deepening (intensive blocks) with everyday body awareness training (weekly sessions) to make integration and re-grounding in the body truly possible.
The group is aimed at participants who have already completed a basic course in the body psychotherapy group or have comparable previous experience.
