Tiziana Longo
Dance Pedagogue, Trauma-Informed Movement Facilitator, TRE® Provider, Certified Yoga Teacher
is a certified dance pedagogue, bodyworker, and experienced trauma-informed movement facilitator. For over 25 years, she has supported individuals in processes of healing and transformation through somatic awareness, movement, and creative expression.
Her approach integrates somatics, contemporary dance, Butoh, therapeutic yoga, and nervous system regulation. She is a certified TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) provider and Hatha Yoga teacher specializing in trauma-informed and therapeutic practices. Her work centers on safety, embodiment, and personal agency.
Tiziana studied Butoh intensively for five years in Japan and uses this form as a tool for healing, self-exploration, and presence. She has also conducted field research in India, Nepal, Bali, and Japan, studying Eastern philosophies, Vipassana meditation, Tibetan Buddhism, and subtle body practices.
At Somatische Akademie Berlin, she facilitates courses such as Embodied Release, Dancing Tigers (TRE®), Unlock: The Pelvic Power Within, Neuro-Move, and Somatic Butoh.
Tiziana speaks Italian (native), Japanese, English, German (B2) and teaches in English.
