Practices of Imagination and Expression

This module invites participants into a living exploration of creativity as an embodied, transformational, and practical focus. It aims to provide somatic, concrete examples and address a wide range of topics. Participants will be given concrete tools and experiential practices to deepen the connection between perception, movement, and expression—with direct reference to areas such as communication, leadership, education, therapy and artistic practice.

We explore vital questions such as:

How do we create our lives, our movements, and our environments with greater ease? How do we manage to remain both stable and flexible in changing circumstances, depending on what is needed? By experiencing themselves as fully alive in their bodies—with agency, presence and awareness—participants cultivate the inner conditions necessary to be creative and courageous within complex systems. This module supports professionals in offering holistic, embodied support to their clients, patients, students and teams—while staying grounded, inspired and creatively resourced themselves.
