What does this series focus on?

In this closed group we practice Authentic Movement and get to know different forms. The basic form will serve as a starting point for a journey we will take together, which will also include not knowing. We will practice not knowing, silent witnessing and speaking as a mover and witness. The framework is open, so that we can make decisions in the process about which forms are appropriate.

A fixed group can offer a safe space for the individual process. I want to give space for individuals to go through their process and be accompanied by others who know them and who practice with them. At the same time, I am excited about the process the group will experience together.

I want to give that space right now at this time. I think it is important to take time for what wants to be there right now, free of judgments and productivity. Authentic Movement allows the expression of our unconscious and its integration. Practicing together is at the same time an invitation for everyone to find themselves and to regenerate.
