This Somatic Voice workshop focuses on our breathing and sound spaces. We explore these with the Experiential Breath according to Prof. Ilse Middendorf and the approach Atem-Tonus-Ton® by Maria Höller-Zangenfeind. In this interaction we will discover the spatial properties of breath movement and sound movement together. The discovery of inner moving breath spaces combines with vocal sound spaces without pressure, as a good basis for the spontaneous and effortless expressive ideas of one's own voice. The bodily access to one's own voice will be experienced concretely, receiving and listening - inner not outer voicing - will play a greater role in this exciting process.
Previous experience is not necessary, but joy and curiosity about breath and sound are very welcome.

Somatic Voice Training
Within this advanced training we explore in many ways the special bodily dimension of sound and speech. We support the processes of individual liberation and unfolding of individual voices and accompany the emergence of communal, musical, collective processes.

There are no prerequisites for participation. An exploratory interest is desirable in order to get to know new dimensions of one's own 'voice quality'.
A certification for the Somatic Voice advanced training can be obtained if all modules for the advanced training 80 hrs + Somatic Voice - Method intensive / voice work according to Roy Hart with Walli Höfinger 30 hrs are fully attended.

Bettina Spreitz-Rundfeldt
Breathing and singing teacher, singer
Bettina Spreitz-Rundfeldt is a breathing and singing teacher and singer. In workshops and individual work, she combines her many years of singing pedagogical experience at the Berlin University of the Arts with her work as a breathing teacher, teacher of Atem-Tonus-Ton® and lecturer at the SAB in the Somatic Voice advanced training course.
Her passion is to research body, breathing and movement work with singing people on the way to their embodied voice.
